Hey peeps, welcome to my corner off the web! I am a 30 yr. old graphic artist, designing for the digital scrapbooking community. My designs are created in Photoshop CS5 and Illustrator. I would describe my style as eclectic with a touch of vintage flair. I am a self taught designer, and have been practicing my craft since Nov. 2006. Though I have sold at a few stores in my design career, I have created at my dream store Sweet Shoppe Designs since Oct. 2010.
I really do consider this my dream job. I get to work in my pjs, spend extra time with my kiddos, and have the joy of seeing my art used to scrapbook my customers memories. In my so called “spare time”, I am often found lost in the web…pretending to work, reading novels better suited to 15 year olds, listening to bad pop music from the 90′s – 2000′s, or day tripping with my amazing family.
This blog is a little dream I have had for a long time. A place to show off my work, and share a little of the amazingness I see in the online community. So, pull up a chair, grab a latte, and get cozy *smile*
